From the app on the 'Map View' page hit the quail at the bottom of the page labeled, 'Recipes'. Then hit the 'Processor' link at the top of the 'Yellow Line Dining' page, see how processor businesses are easily found.
If you are interested in learning how to process yourself visit the 'Video' page and follow processor John Criminger as he walks through every step, including how to skin. The proper tools are important, being able to hang your roadkill and cut properly will aid in the flavor of the meat.
Roadkill Season is Upon Us
