Roadkill Art is a unique survival show introducing roadkill for consumption. Roadkill retrieved while still fresh can go directly from road to table. Thirteen 45 minute episodes will teach how to: test roadkill for safe eating, skinning, processing and cooking. 90M lbs of game meat is available annually on US roads.
At Roadkill Art, we are passionate about doing our part to make sure there is plenty to go around. We stand by "give a man a venison steak he has one meal, teach a man to keep his eyes out for a freshly hit roadkill he eats for a month or two." With Generation Z cutting meat out of their diets due to current high prices, through media we will teach there is available free game meat, roadkill.
We are raising $50,000 for the pilot/episode one series. This amount will pay our crew and cast, cover location hire, post production, insurance, marketing and catering. Any spill over funds will pad us for any unexpected surprises, further script development for episode 2, and a percentage donation to the research of an updated list of operating USA soup kitchens that will be listed in the Roadkill Art app.
By contributing you are putting fun into need and helping people feel less stress about economic position. By clicking the INVEST button above any amount can be donated. We will supply required tax information. Janet Arneau creator and owner of 'Roadkill Art' can be reach at roadkillart@roadkillart.us.
